Overview of Our Process

Our goal is to simplify your project by breaking it down into small, manageable steps; making it easier to bring your idea to life. These milestones provide an overview of the typical stages in our process, but we’ll tailor each step to fit the unique needs of your project

Research Phase

A dive into the current market and treads of similar items, ideas, or design.


Prototyping Phase

The product now goes through testing to ensure proper fit and ergonomics.


Sketching Phase

This is where the ideas form and functions are defined.

Detailed CAD Phase

Taking the knowledge gained from the prototype, the CAD is refined and ready to finalize into production.

Initial CAD Phase

The product is now dimensioned and ready for prototyping.

Manufacturing Phase

Once the product meets all goals, detailed drawings, 3D CAD and Manufacturing explanations will be created to send to a manufacturer.

  • Pricing depends on the complexity of the project and the number of talent needed. Before starting any project we will send over a quote for the work so you have an understanding of the price.

  • Our primary focus is on Industrial Design services. We also have the capability for Engineering, Illustrations and Graphic Design services.

  • Yes! If you're looking for specific examples reach out we'd be happy to share.

  • Colin Droste is the Design Manager and Industrial Designer on team and the primary contact for clients. You may also work with other members of the team depending on your specific needs. We will cater the specialist for your project.

  • If the results do not meet your expectations, we encourage open communication to discuss your concerns. We are happy to work with you to and make revisions until you're satisfied. Design is a iterative process!

  • Hiring a full-time senior employee is a fixed fee for 12 months totaling +$100,000 a year. A Decide Design Team Member can be paused during the slower months and started again when the projects pick up while offering the same quality of work.

  • Of course! At any time you can pause the process if your project stalls or you need more time. Billing is based on the days used. If were to pause half way through the month you would only be paying for the days services were needed.

  • Yes! Once we have a meeting and have an understanding of your need, we'll work together to develop a plan to launch your idea.

  • We are happy to build off of your original design.
